Best gym in Munich!!! This is a small gym in which you feel care about your worries and goals since Ernest is "always" there for you by helping with a structured plan or simply helping in any possible way. I have been using the open gym option and by choosing the right times I simply feel I am training in my own private gym! Better than that, even though I am following my plan I get Ernest's help whenever possible if there are some doubts and he always pro-actively suggests nice improvements, what is alwys a motivation boost! Above all, this is a small (but growing) family in which you slowly feel more part of it, eventually faster if you participate in the group classes. If you finished to read all the text, come along and you won't regret. :D

The workouts are great, making you to challenge yourself everytime. You can also see Ernest is a motivated and dedicated person, always asking you how it was, which it makes a lot of difference. I really recommend joining the trainings, you won't have time to feel bored while working out. Hoping to get well soon so I can join the trainings again 😀

Nice gym, people are friendly and no matter your fitness level you will feel comfortable and welcome. The trainer is very knowledgeable and I’ve got the best results from attending the group classes which are fun and motivating.

Great trainer 👌, perfect place if you dont have motivation to train alone or in a gym. He can really bring you to the action. I highly recommend trying, if you did you will continue with him.
